Background
What She Does
Naturopathic medicine that addresses the root, not just the symptom.
Dr. Allie's work centers on helping clients achieve real wellness through prevention, lifestyle, and personalized care using the rigor of naturopathic medicine to look beneath the symptom and identify what's actually driving it.
Her approach combines diagnostic precision with a deep respect for the body's own regulatory intelligence, and she partners with clients to build sustainable, individualized protocols rather than handing out one-size-fits-all prescriptions.
Her clinical credentials include a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, a BS in Human Biology from USC, and advanced clinical training through the UCI Center for Integrative Medicine, the Center for New Medicine, and UC Irvine's Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute, where she served as Chief Clinical Resident. Her areas of expertise include women's health, immune health, gastrointestinal health, environmental and preventive health, and cognitive and mental health.
Dr. Allie is an especially strong fit for clients navigating hormone and endocrine imbalance, perimenopause and women's health concerns, immune and gut dysregulation, environmental toxicity, chronic illness, breast wellness, and anyone seeking a physician-level integrative partner for long-term preventive care.
Why Ascent
From the conventional model to a truly integrative one.
Dr. Allie's path into integrative medicine came from a clear conviction: the conventional system is excellent at treating disease, but rarely equipped to build genuine health. Her training at Bastyr, USC, the Center for New Medicine, and UCI's Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute gave her a rare bridge between rigorous clinical medicine and the deeper, regenerative work the body is actually capable of when supported properly.
What drew her toward cellular and regenerative work, and toward The Ascent Collaborative, is the recognition that lifestyle, nutrition, and prevention are most powerful when paired with technologies that can actually move the needle at the cellular level. Ascent's vetted, evidence-informed technology stack gives her a setting where her clinical guidance is supported by tools that match the depth of her approach.
At Ascent, Dr. Allie works with clients who want a physician-level integrative partner, particularly those focused on women's health, hormonal balance, chronic illness, immune resilience, and long-term preventive care anchored in lifestyle and cellular health.
technologies
While Dr. Allie's clinical work centers on naturopathic medicine and integrative care, these are the Ascent technologies she most often points clients toward as complements to the protocols she builds.
