A consultation is the cleanest entry point. We map your goals to the right technologies and practitioners rather than guessing your way through the stack.

Common Questions

Before you arrive.

Logistics, first-visit basics, and the questions clients ask before their first session. For technology-specific questions, head to the individual technology pages, where each one has its own detailed FAQ.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

All sessions are by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome to tour the space and meet a practitioner during business hours, but the technologies and practitioner time are scheduled in advance so we can give every client a focused, unrushed visit. Book online or call (949) 781-5769.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, breathable clothing you can move in. For most technologies, athletic wear works perfectly. A few sessions, like LightStim LED Bed and BallancerPro lymphatic, are more effective with less clothing. Your practitioner will guide you on what works best for your protocol.

How long is a typical session?

Most single-technology sessions run twenty to sixty minutes. Stacked protocols, where we layer two or three technologies in one visit, can run ninety minutes to two hours. Plan to arrive ten minutes early on your first visit for a brief intake conversation.

Is parking free?

Yes. There is a dedicated parking lot directly outside suite D-170, free for clients. The lot is rarely full, even at peak hours.

How do I know which technology is right for me?

Start with a consultation. Most clients arrive with a goal rather than a technology in mind, whether that is faster recovery, better sleep, longevity, post-surgical healing, or building a baseline at the cellular level. Our practitioners map the goal to the right protocol so you are not guessing your way through twenty-two devices.

Do you accept insurance?

The Ascent Collaborative is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, but we can provide a detailed receipt for HSA, FSA, or out-of-network reimbursement claims where applicable. Visit our pricing page for memberships and intro offers.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for twenty-four hours notice on cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Life happens, and we work with our regulars when it does.

Can I bring a friend or family member to my session?

Of course. Many first-time clients bring someone with them, and we have a comfortable lounge for guests. If your guest wants to book their own session at the same time, just let us know in advance so we can coordinate practitioners and rooms.

Are you the same business as Ascent Adaptation and Regeneration?

Yes. The Ascent Collaborative is the consumer-facing name for our flagship performance and recovery center, formerly known as Ascent Adaptation and Regeneration. Same address, same practitioners, same technology stack, evolving brand.
