Costa Mesa | Home Center
The Ascent Collaborative is not a spa, a gym, or a clinic. It is a human optimization and regenerative wellness center, and Costa Mesa is its home. From our flagship on Paularino Ave, we bring 22 vetted technologies and 11 heart-centered practitioners to one address, the way we have since 2010.
The home center
Ascent was doing this before biohacking had a name. Operating in Costa Mesa since 2010, it is one of the longest-running human optimization centers in the country, and that head start shows up in the depth of the work.
Costa Mesa has no shortage of places that promise to help you feel better. What it lacked was a single center where measurable change at the cellular level is the point, where the technology is vetted rather than collected, and where the practitioner running your session understands the biology. That gap is what Ascent closes, on its home turf.
Costa Mesa is our flagship address and the base from which we serve Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach and the wider Orange County.
Getting here from Costa Mesa
For Costa Mesa clients there is no drive across the county. The flagship center is here, in the South Coast Metro district, a short trip from wherever you are in town.
This is the flagship. The full 22-technology stack and all 11 practitioners are based here in Costa Mesa, not a satellite location or a partial menu.
The center sits just off the Bristol Street corridor in the South Coast Metro district, with easy access from the 405, 55 and 73 freeways.
Minutes from South Coast Plaza and the Segerstrom arts district, on Paularino Ave near John Wayne Airport.
Who comes here
Because the center is in their backyard, Costa Mesa clients tend to use it the way it is meant to be used: consistently, as part of how they live.
01
Costa Mesa residents who live minutes away and come in regularly for circulation, recovery and cellular support. Proximity is what makes consistency realistic, so membership-style use is the norm here.
02
People who work in the surrounding business and retail corridor and fold a session into the workday for energy, focus and stress recovery without leaving the city.
03
Clients new to human optimization who want to start with measurement, a clear body-composition and bioenergetic baseline, then build a plan with a practitioner rather than guess.
Most sought in Costa Mesa
Three of the most requested places to begin at our home center. Each is built and ready to explore.
Flagship Technology
Cyclic Variations in Adaptive Conditioning. Ascent is the national preferred CVAC distributor with pods open to the public, and CVAC is the page Costa Mesa clients search for by name.
The Full Stack
All 22 vetted technologies under one Costa Mesa roof. The hub view is the fastest way to see the whole stack before you choose where to begin.
Start With the Goal
Not sure which technology you need? Start from the outcome, fatigue, recovery, cellular age reversal, and let the protocol follow.

Costa Mesa is our home. The flagship center, the full 22-technology stack and all 11 practitioners are based here. We serve the wider Orange County from this single Costa Mesa address.
The center sits within the South Coast Metro district along Paularino Ave, so for most people living or working in central Costa Mesa it is a short drive of just a few minutes.
Biohacking is the practice of using measurable inputs, light, pressure, frequency and breath, to shift how the body functions. At Ascent it means a curated, evidence-informed and experience-tested stack run by practitioners who understand the biology, not a room of gadgets to try alone.
Three things: the depth of the stack (22 vetted technologies, the deepest in OC), the Collaborative (11 named heart-centered practitioners under one roof), and the track record (operating in Costa Mesa since 2010 and featured in Men's Journal as "The Gym of the Future").
No. Most first visits begin with a conversation and a baseline, then a practitioner builds the plan. Knowing the technology names is our job, not a requirement for yours.
