Background

The performance edge behind elite athletes.

For over 14 years, Ivette Brosz has been the quiet edge behind professional athletes who can't afford downtime. Her roster spans NBA and NFL professionals, Olympic competitors, and professional motocross riders — clients whose careers depend on recovering faster and adapting better than the field around them.

A graduate of Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, Ivette built her foundation in sports therapy bodywork before expanding into the bioenergetic and microcurrent technologies that now define modern performance care. She has served as the official therapist for Team Baghouse MTB since 2018, and has collaborated with top-tier wellness practices including the Global Health and Sports Institute.

She is the founder of Body Delux and a Sport Performance Specialist within The Ascent Collaborative.

What She Does

Recovery and performance, engineered at the cellular level.

Ivette's work targets the three levers that determine how fast an athlete returns to peak: circulation, inflammation, and cellular repair. She designs protocols that combine her hands-on expertise with Ascent's vetted technology stack — calibrated for the specific demands of each client's sport and training load.

Her clinical certifications include Class III Laser practitioner and NuEnerChi micro-current specialist — two of the most evidence-informed modalities for accelerating tissue repair and modulating inflammation without pharmaceuticals.

She's an especially strong fit for clients managing soft-tissue injury, post-competition recovery, chronic inflammation, training plateaus, or the cumulative wear of high-load athletic seasons.

Why Ascent

From fixing muscles to optimizing biology.

Ivette started in sports therapy bodywork — the hands-on work of releasing tight tissue and resetting movement patterns. But the longer she worked with high performers, the clearer the ceiling became. The athletes who recovered fastest weren't the ones with the best soft-tissue work. They were the ones whose cellular biology was being supported between sessions.

That realization moved her into the bioenergetic and cellular optimization space — and ultimately to The Ascent Collaborative, where she now blends hands-on expertise with the deepest recovery and performance technology stack in Orange County.

At Ascent, she works with athletes, weekend warriors, and high-performing professionals who treat their bodies like the high-performance systems they are — and want recovery protocols that match.

TechnologieS

The tools Ivette works with at Ascent.

Ivette integrates the following technologies from Ascent's vetted stack into her performance and recovery protocols — each chosen because it produces measurable change at the cellular level and pairs cleanly with her hands-on approach.
