How It Works

What clients use it for
F-Scan
Fast insight
Reviews thousands of frequency signatures in a single session to show where the body may be under the most strain.
F-Scan
Broader visibility
May highlight stress patterns associated with bacteria, parasites, fungi, mold, candida, viruses, and other burdens.
F-Scan
Personalized direction
Adds a layer of insight beyond surface symptoms, helping guide a more targeted and personalized next step.
FireFly
Cellular repair
Supports deep cellular repair and recovery through mitochondrial stimulation and improved cellular energy.
FireFly
Circulation & lymph
Helps promote circulation and lymphatic movement while supporting immune activity and tissue healing.
FireFly
Targeted protocols
Can be used within protocols focused on parasites, mold, candida, Lyme co-infections, and viral burden.
Who It's For
Clients with chronic or unexplained symptoms seeking a deeper look
People with immune burden or recovery that has plateaued
Those navigating mold, candida, parasite, or viral stress patterns
Anyone wanting assessment-guided support rather than guesswork

Your practitioner
Founder of Mindful Living & Wellness
Kenna holds a Master's degree in Holistic Nutrition with a clinical focus on gut health, digestive dysfunction, detoxification, immune balance, and nervous system support. She takes a root-cause approach, identifying deeper patterns of imbalance and building personalized strategies that support the body's natural ability to recover and regulate. At her own practice, Mindful Living & Wellness, she uses F-Scan frequency technology and FireFly light therapy as foundational tools, pairing them with practical lifestyle and nutritional guidance. She is known for a compassionate presence and an ability to make complex health insights feel clear and actionable.
What a Session Feels Like
The F-Scan portion is comfortable and non-invasive. You simply hold an electrode while the scan runs, using very gentle microcurrents with no sensation of treatment and no recovery time. Many clients are surprised by how much the conversation opens up once patterns appear on screen.
FireFly is quiet and noninvasive as well, with targeted light directed to the areas that matter most based on what the assessment shows. Sessions are practitioner-guided and tailored to the individual rather than run on a rigid protocol. Frequency and duration vary, and an initial series is often used to gauge how well the body is responding before mapping the next phase of support.
COMMON QUESTIONS
F-Scan is used as a frequency-based biofeedback assessment to help identify stress patterns that may be connected to deeper underlying burdens.
FireFly is then used to support the body, primarily within protocols focused on microbial and pathogen-related stress such as parasites, mold, candida, Lyme co-infections, and viral burden, as well as cellular repair, immune function, and overall recovery capacity.
They answer different questions. F-Scan helps reveal where the body may be under the most strain, and FireFly delivers targeted multi-spectrum light to support those areas. Pairing assessment with light allows support to be more specific to the patterns being identified, rather than relying on light alone.
No. F-Scan is not a standalone medical diagnostic tool and should not replace physician evaluation or traditional testing. At Ascent it is used as an additional assessment layer to help guide a more personalized wellness approach.
No. FireFly goes beyond standard red light therapy by using 8 distinct wavelengths across four light spectrums (blue, green, red, and near-infrared) along with frequency-based inputs. Each spectrum acts at a different tissue depth, and that combination allows for a more targeted and layered approach than red light alone.
This varies based on the individual and the level of support needed. In many cases an initial series of sessions is used to evaluate how the body is responding and to help guide the next phase of care.
For F-Scan, caution is generally advised for those with pacemakers or other implanted electrical devices, during pregnancy, or in situations where electrical stimulation may not be appropriate. FireFly is noninvasive and drug free. As with any of our technologies, anyone under active medical care should follow practitioner and physician guidance before beginning.
